Facilitating Integration, Building The Future
Did you know that British Columbia is home to the fourth-largest Francophone community in Canada?
The province has around 330,000 French-speakers, representing 6.6% of its population, and they are spread throughout the province.
The Francophone Immigration Network of British Columbia (RIFCB) is here to serve this vibrant community! The Network brings together 37 member organizations dedicated to supporting the success of Francophone immigrants across the province.

Resources to Discover
Francophone organizations and associations in British Columbia help French-speaking newcomers settle, thrive, access cultural and recreational activities, and build community connections. These organizations also lead initiatives that help newcomers explore the province’s richness and diversity.
Many of them work to ensure access to French-language education from early childhood to post-secondary, French-language health care, housing, and legal support.
You will also find help for your settlement journey, job search, or even to launch or grow your own business.
Additional resources are available for seniors and for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
History and heritage are also well represented: archives and collections related to the Francophone history of British Columbia are available and waiting for you to explore them!
