PIF! is a bilingual, interactive card game that illustrates the integration journey of Francophones.
Created by La Social Box, the game highlights the different stages of integration — from pre-departure to settlement — and showcases the services offered by Francophone community organizations to meet the diverse needs of newcomers. It also presents the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders, as defined by IRCC, to ensure continued support and service availability for newcomers within the community.
The element of chance in the game allows players not only to better understand the realities faced by Francophone newcomers, but also to become more aware of the barriers they encounter.
